Jessica, please explain the term "Signiture Salon" , can't say that I've ever heard of it. Or is it just the **** snow and cold affecting my brain?

Upper class. Classy salon. You know, you have your bargan basement salons. Then you have the nice salons where we care about our clients, not just there money.

I guess the situation really took care of itself. The noncompete scare tatic worked as my former employee now has left her position with me. She has taken a fulltime secretarial position for an optromitist. So needless to say, she has no plans on opening a salon anywhere near me. Glad that things worked themselves out and I am back to business as usual!! Just to keep you all up on the situation!Roxanne
