I heard someone say that we should all carry those toy guns that shoot the rubber suction cup darts. When you are out driving and see someone do something stupid, you stick one of those on the back of their car. That way, when the cops see 5 or 6 of those darts stuck on the back of the car, they should pull them over and give them a ticket for being a *******.
