It does not take millions to open up in the Walmarts because they are selling franchises, not opening them themselves. What part of that don't you get? If Walmart were partnered up in this it would show up in the franchise agreement. Believe it or don't, it really does not matter to me that much. I am not 100% convinced that this is going to work anyway. It is easy to say that we are going to sell franchises to 75 places in the next x years. Finding 75 people to buy and operate them is the next thing. It is not going to be in every walmart either. Not every walmart has space for lease in the entry way.

Sorry it took so long guys! Rich thank you for addressing the confused. I did receive the overnight package...it basically had their "mission statement" crap in it. They would not tell me anything until they did a background check...something about being regulated by the goverment. So I did and never heard from her...scary huh. I just called and left a message for her to call so I will let you know why she didn't call. The only thing we can do is wait, but Rich made the point of finding people to franchise...so for some it will be soon and for others it could be years or not at all...depending how it goes. I do know that all of their salons will have 9 beds b/c that is all the space Walmart will let them lease... however they will plan a 2nd store in each town giving the franchisee "first right of refusal". All I got to say is "Bring it ON!" If you have a relationship with your clients on a personal level just be honest with them about your concerns when the time comes...that is all you can do...hopefully they will support the little guy! I'm getting a better understanding now. Thanks for the help. Sorry for make it a little more scarier than what it is. It does bring a brighter light on tanning if they do it right. No punn intended.

Well the story is in Tanning Trends, or Today's Image that I recieved today. Boy I sure am glad I don't live in Kansas. But it will grow to all states am sure.
