I was looking into selling beverages, wanting to stay away from the metabo stuff and stick with all natural fruit and teas and of course mineral water. When I visited Jim at his salon, he had a beautiful vending machine that I believe he purchased. I am curious as to what you've noticed your best sellers are as well as the one's that earn a better profit.I am also curious whether you stick with one distributor or if you diversify. And lastly, have you purchased your machine, lease it or is it supplied by the distributor. Even so, is it self serve or do you ring up the sales?Thanks,------------------Laurie

I have a soft drink "cans" outside but am gonna change to bottles so i can put bottled water in it. Right now i offer free water, you know the 5 gal. dispenser with cups..It is nice for customers, but the kids like to play in it and it does add on to my expenses a tat. So I will be changing soon.

I sell bottled water only that is kept in a small refridgerator under my front counter.I have one bottle on the counter for display and it sells really well.Lauire you are in NJ like me there is a Cubex place in Roselle that sells bottled water for $5 a case (yes 24 bottles) and they deliver it the only thing is you have to purchase a minimum of 10 cases but i sell each bottle for $1 great mark up right?
