TMAX Manager and (6)TMAX Timers

Is this a Tmax manager pro? I need a TMAX MAGR. PRO (already have 7 TMAX Timers), Viewfinders...(PEEPERS) Warning signs (TX), Help with a Hand held spray tanning consent form, Pillows, CD PLAYERS, Bed sanitation signs, register or cash drawer, open/closed sign/neon, New lotions you need to dump that are still good? What software should I use & do you also need quickbooks? has anyone ever tried to use the software off ebay? What system do you use so inventory doesn't walk out and cheapest place to get it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes it a MGR pro and I also have a cash drawer, and I also have POS systems if you need
