Another fine comment from somone who wants to make a living from selling to owners like myself. Do some engine searches and see if you can find some software that will help you fine tune your sales techniques.

Sakebomb, do you realize that someone who wants to open a salon, can get the info you are selling for FREE? Why would someone want to pay for it? I hope folks realize you can do a Business Plan yourself and the info you need is on the web. PM me and I will tell you were to go and how to get more information for FREE.

Margaret, granted there are plenty of sources available on the Web that provide a lot of information on preparing business plans and so forth, I also provide some free info on my website, but you will be surprised how many people, inspite of the free information, still need professional help preparing a business plan, evaluating a salon site, developing salon positioning and marketing strategy and so forth. Many people simply don't have the skills or time to do the research and want the business plan prepared for them. There are plenty of people who prepare business plans, but very few have a thorough understanding of the tanning salon industry. I have worked in both tanning salon retail, distribution and franchising so I know a thing or two about tanning salons. I maybe a newbie on TanTalk, but I am not a newbie when it comes to knowledge and experience in the tanning industry and outside of it. The people who come to me for a business plan, come to me for my advice, business savvy and marketing knowledge. My clients appreciate the work I do for them (that's what matters to me), and when they submit a business plan I prepared for them, whether to a bank, group of investors or the SBA are approved every single time. Margaret, I am not the evil person portrayed on this forum. I have a lot of knowledge and experience and have something to offer on this venue.
