Salon purchase

I am interested in purchasing an existing salon in the Clearwater/ St. Pete, Fl. area. Any info would be appreciated.

What are you looking for? Whats your price range? are you new to the industry?

Price depends on age of salon, number of units, reputation of salon, area, # of active clients. I would go up to 100K for the right spot.

Have you thought about starting from scratch!ALso have you check around your area? what is the population,competion, any?? What makes you want to be in the tanning industry

That's another option, though if I find the right deal in an existing salon I'd consider that as well. I've owned a few other businesses and have always wanted to open a tanning establishment. I just have to figure the costs involved with starting from scratch versus an existing business.
