Rep Power: 0  | Tanning Salon for Sale. Must sell ASAP willing to look at any offers. We are the longest running salon around. My 31 year old husband had a stroke on 11/11/14 now it is very hard to work in the salon. We have a 8 month old and a 6 year old. And with his health issues he cant help in the salon like he used to. I am in a month-to-month lease. Rent is $1431.50 and that is with NNN. Landlords know about my situation and are ready to talk about a new lease with buyers. Honestly I hate to sound desperate but I just need to focus on my husband. I don't want to shut down the salon. Also the salon really needs spray tan ! Room to add 3-5 more rooms. I have listed it at $29k but I am serious about looking into offers. Just need to sell ASAP so I can focus on my husband and kids. I have attached my craiglist ad.
