I started this salon in April as a second salon for my wife. She got a job offer and is not able to handle both. This salon is self sufficient on the off season and was making 800-1300 per week in the on season. It's a new salon but is down town and doesn't have any competition. We just put the Spray tan in a 2 months ago and people love it. We have put a competitor out of business and I know that next year will be huge! The salon has a nice bar if you wanted to serve smoothies or anything else. It is setup with TanTrack Software. State of the art computer software for salons. Easy to use and track client activities. Value of equipment only is 12k with bulbs and timers. This is an established shop that merely needs some marketing and it will certainly prosper.
