Rep Power: 25   | Whole Salon Electric Transformers I have two sets of transformers - Each has 1 25 KVA Single Phase transformer and 1 150 KVA 3 phase transformer. One is Square D brand - the other Siemens. The 25 KVA Single phase for ANY brand retail for $1200-1600. The 150 KVA 3 phase retail for $7500-23000 (yes $23K - for Siemens!). Rep Power: 25 | Re: Whole Salon Electric Transformers Bump When you get your electrical quote for a new build, make sure to ask about this. If most of your units are going to have to run at 230-235V it can be a lot cheaper to transform (buck/boost) the whole space rather than each individual unit.
