Landlord wanted to raise my rent with a 40% one time increase plus 10% a year. I found a place off the beating path just blocks away. So I am going to make it happen, have it up and running in 45 days. I am in need of 20+ rooms. I'm a buyer and will pick up anywhere in the us. I can be anywhere within 48 hours to pick up, building permits pulled construction start 3/24/2012 and all I need is the walls. Chris St. Paul MN 612-208-2670 |
