Maybe they have 2000 hrs on the lamps which makes it 15minutes.

This unit was set up as a 15 min timer. It has 54 lamps 160W reflectors. I sell it as a level 2 and set it for 10 min for customers. I have tanned in it for 15 min several times. You get dark quit. It is an excellant unit.

The unit is not a 15min unit because you have a 15min timer. Look at the tan time on the exposure schedule....10 minutes.

The lamps only have 400 hours on them. They still work great!

Bet dimes to donuts it's a Perfect TEN...guess what the TEN stands for...max 10 minutes. If you're running it on a timer with a 15 minute chip you'll get in big trouble with the Exposure Police. Okay, there's no such entity but you need to stay "legal" and only run it 10 minutes max, or you really could get in trouble.

There are 20 min beds with lamps that are 160R in them - This bed has 160R in it - whats the difference- The tech that put it together set it on 15 min timer, not me.

This will be my last attempt to make you understand what Robert, and I, are trying to tell you. There is no such thing as as 20 minute, 160 watt/reflective, stand-up booth. If you open the door to the unit (not the dressing room but the actual booth) you will see an exposure schedule adhered to the door frame. It will show you the recommended exposure times from the first visit on. You will see that 10 minutes is the maximum.

Last but not least, if what you say is true...the tech who did your install is an idiot.
