hi all..selling my salon in mass, just north of boston.2 2008 sclass beds(37 payments left on lease of 1450 month), 2 2007 solart acn 52-6s, 1 2008 suncapsule x-7, 1 cyclone, 1 perfect 10, and 4 standard beds along with mystic tan. busy strip mall, 1600 sq ft.i own building so lease is negeotiable. looking for 25,000 along with assuming that s class bed lease.

gross sales 90,000 2009...60,000 ytd 2010-60,000..rent is 1600..elec averages 500, bulbs lotion ins-1000, and the remaining bed lease 1450 for 38 months..instant profit.


will take first 15,000 ...equipment alone worth well over salon price...baby on way..priced for very quick sale.

15,000 plus assume s-class lease...will finance 1/2 of 15,000 over 2 years..babys here, priced for quick sale..
