I need meter i think the black rubber thing that drives the shaft broke can I replace just that or does it need the whole meter?

I just sold my last 2 meters. If you are talking about the black reciever that is mounted in the plate (the screw drive goes in)that goes up and down, It most likely broke because one of yor cylinders is froze up. Sorry I couldn't help.
