The store is 1350 Sqft. Rent is $2047.00 at the new reduced rate.

Best part is the landlord is willing to continue 1/2 price rent for the remaining year on the lease. There are 2 five year options and a tanning exclusivity on the plaza. The demographic's are listed below...High income area.

Best of all is only a 1 year commitment. I have done no advertizing for the last year of business and only put in 20 hours per week personally so payroll could be reduced dramatically. There are no leinholders, and the equipment is all paid for. I spent 45K in grand opening advertizing.

One very important aspect of the demographic study is that there is no breakdown as to race in the population. What percentage is black, hispanic, cuban, hmong, asian, and most important white?
