Rep Power: 0  | SouthWest Florida Tanning Salon for Sale I am very interested in downsizing; therefore, I am selling 1 of my salons that is located in a fast growning, upscale area. Publix is the anchor store. The salon is 2200 sq. ft. with good lease/cam agreement. We opened in brand new 2002. It is fully staffed and requires minimal monitoring. The salon contains 15 rooms and: 1) 12 ETS Tanning beds-5 Levels of tanning 2) Mystic Innovation Booth 3) Customized airbrush room w/all equipment 4) TanTrack tanning software 7 Beds have been recently relamped in the last 3 weeks.
