You might want to try advertising this locally since you're a bit of the way out (though amazingly I know 3 people from Paducah!). Even asking your customers if they're interested. I was a previous customer of the salon I bought and one of what is now MY customers told me if she'd known it was for sale, she would have bought it. Also see if one of the salons approx 30 min away would be interested - that way they acquire a new investment but far enough away not to be competition. It never hurts to ask :)
