We are in a new building as it is. It was an add on to the existing shopping center. It was brand new when we moved in (2004) so the renovations are on the other end of the center. (the old part) If you are not interested in the location we do have an "out" on our lease and the equipment and all the items in the salon can be sold and would be wonderful for a start up salon.
