Walls are cherry with chrome accents and include upgraded wave walls and in room shelves. Only 3 yrs old and very well maintained. Paid $28,500 and will sell for only $12,500! Our space is 1196 sq ft. Room dimensions as follows: 2 rms are 9' X 7'8" 3 rms are 8' X 7'8" 2 rms are 8' X 7' 2 rms are 9' X 8' Would be happy to send buyer our floor plan. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that you needed 10X10 optimally. I'm still torn between buying and existing salon and starting a new one and these walls could be a good idea as opposed to a hard buildout. Thanks. |
