Just a tip, I don't recommend you taking the payment by Paypal because they will lock your account for such a high transaction. I did one for $10k and they locked it when a client paid me.

What do you mean they "locked it"? Did you get your money? I can take cash, some credit card if you have that much credit, check, money order, some barter...

$1175 per month 1200 sq ft. Lease is over August 1st. I don't plan on renewing and AC needs fix, so negotiate with land lord before you sign lease. All equipment is paid for and clear. No leases on any thing! I have others interested but ebay auction ends in 3 days and no bid yet. I will close auction early with $20,000 in my hand. Blessings!
