5 Bed Salon for sale in Salisbury, MD..walking distance of Salisbury University. 10 unit shopping plaza next to Pizza Place. Rent approx. $1300 (including rent, CAM, real estate taxes). Good client base....though not showing a profit yet...(probably because we didn't have a good business plan in place and was "winging" it.) Huge potential for someone who would like to add additional services (like body piercing which is requested frequently), a nail tech, an additional bed, or spray on tanning (or can afford to advertise more than we have been able to.) There is other local competition, but we eventually end up with their clients as they usually state that they burn at the "other" salons and that the people who work there are rude.....I suppose slow and steady wins the race!
In any event, family situations have changed, and I now need to put the salon up for sale.....turn key business..asking price $75,000.00 but will consider a reasonable offer as time is a factor.
