The Alpha 33 Spa Capsule does not have a timer. We are located in Northern Minnesota. The Alpha works perfect. It was used for the first 6 months for body waps. We than stoped doing body wraps. For the last 6 years it was left in the room it was built for. The only time it was used was in the last year was for my own use. It is still in the salon and works great. It has never been in storage. We just quit doing body wraps. The Alpha 33 Spa Capsule was purchased under a lease program. New from the manufacture in Bloomington Mn.
