Salon includes Mystic Tan, 2 VHR 200W Stand-ups, Orbit, and Orion, plus there is plenty of room to expand up 8-10beds. There is a also a full working 2 chair hair salon currently occupied by a paying tenant. Owners are anxious and waaay to busy to continue running the buisness. Does the 50k include the beds? are they all paid off? I'm in Pleasantville--
what is the exact area? what is your daily traffic?? do you have a parking lot for your customers or is it street parking?
