I have a salon for sale in Norwalk, CT. This is brand new.. less than 2 years old. 1300 sqft.

Spa inspired decor and all VHR or higher equipment.

6 beds 2 standups. Salon is currently open and in perfect operational condition.

Honestly... put over $600k into it and I'm tapped out. Just not enough money left to do proper advertising. Anyone who buys this should treat it as a new location... not existing.. although it is fully build and fully operational. Are u interested? please call me at 203-247-4747. Jeff.

600k? Jeff this reminds me of a great Insurance salesman advice "If you sell to the masses, you dine with the classes. If you sell to the classes, you go belly up."
