Rep Power: 20  | Salon forsale in New Jersy upscale location real nice salon $90k remodel 5 months ago only salon in town marble floors granite counter top all uwe equiptment hydro massage air brush tan. Located right next door to nail salon in busy plaza LOW RENT 5 year lease with 5 option just signed new lease in June. Salon has been their for over 14 years but just all remodeld and made larger in January. The Salon generated 800 people over the last 4 months its a great business but i cant put a 100% into even tho it is indepently run by staff.
