Rep Power: 22 | Isn't this kind of like trying to sell a house after you've removed all the furniture. It just doesn't show well. Couldn't you have sold the business as a going business instead of a shell? Was it that bad? |

Rep Power: 0 | For me....YES....I did the business as an investment but since I have to pay employees any profits were eaten up right away. The potential for the shop is awesome as the area is very high income but things did not work out. |

Rep Power: 30 | Mistake # 1 was signing a 7 year lease. Never marry someone else's property until you know you have a viable business. Personally I never sign more than a 3 year lease but always have another 15 years worth of options. |
