9 unit salon for sale. We've been open for almost a year and a half but must sell do to personal reasons. Tropical themed decor, clean and comfortable. All new ETS equipment last year, 4 levels of tanning. Good client base. We've already done the hard work now it's time for someone cash in on the opportunity!

Thanks. We are going through some personal things now and feel that we should try to focus on that stuff. This salon is great. We are 100% in compliance with all of the NEW NH regulations. We have a couple of different spas in the area that we are beginning to do a little cross promotion with. We have all the top equipment for this area. Very good location. On busy Rte 125 which is a commuter for 101 and 93 for those that live in NH and travel to MA to work. The demographics for the area have been done and approx 14,000 cars travel this road on a daily basis. This establishment is SO clean. We have 8 out of 10 clients that come in have coffee, take their shoes off and even use the restroom BAREFOOT. Which does explain how clean they feel this place is. Another positive to this is that with the new regulations it will shut down some of those movie rental places that have tanning because it has to be cleaned by certified staff, no rugs, etc.. most of those places have a high turn over of young kids that is is just not affordable to continually pay to train these individuals all to have 2 or 3 units. So they will start having to come to a REAL establishment. The gym turn over ratio of staff is 85%. Too much for them to keep tanning at these gyms so maybe even a cross promotion with gyms when they finally are forced to get rid of their tanning.

You have to love all the ignorance in this world. You think that because you only do tanning that that makes your salon better? I would put my salon up against yours any day Island Glow.
