Ebizquote.com has nothing to do with JP Stork, from what I know they are simply an advertising firm, he has paid to advertise with them.

Definetly a name to stay away from is Jerry Marks aka Marko, screwed me out of $2500 USD!!! and 0 beds out of 7 that we're promised! And then tried to run my name down to other companies he screwed!
He's from salt lake city and works with a guy named Mike(Sunbed Supply) selling ergoline.
Total Gong show, and loss of time and money

I was advised by JP himself today that he didn't appreciate me ruining his name on this site.As I stated before I welcome him to post.He informed me today if I post anything else and don't remove this then he is done helping me.HELPING ME? Please I'm the one out of money and no bed.This is not a claim issue with the shipping company like he wants us to believe.

He told me before the bed arrived that they damaged it while cleaning it,but not to worry he will get the parts ie:lamps and acrylic to me.
Now he claims he never said that and its the trucking companies fault.

All I said was it's best left to a attorney.

You didn't ruin his name. If anyone would just do a search on the forums they will find that he didn't need any help in doing harm to his name.

Wish I had a list of names of people that had problems with him.I could give it to my lawyer tomorrow.It's funny how two weeks ago I was talking to New wave LLC on the phone now all I get is their answering machine.Jp now is saying he was on the phone with them and they never told me the bed was a piece of crap.Sounds like they are working together to get their stories straight.Right JP

The longer I sit and wait for my money back the longer I post not to do business with this guy.I don't want to see anyone else taken by him.

If I was a bed distributor, I PERSONALLY, would be incharge of shipping. This whole PASS THE BLAME AND RESPONSIBILITY after taking the money is just OL SCHOOL FLIM FLAM. EVERYONE knows that a shipping company has NO IDEA what a tanning bed is or even care. JUST DOLLA DOLLA BILL YALL and let the insurance cover the damage...

Well unfortunately, even if the insurance does cover it this is NOT what the person wanted. What the person wanted does no longer exist and neither does the money.

Like I said I blame myself for not searching,I guess with all my customers screaming to get more beds in I didn't take the right time to research.Now the shipping company sent me a paper yesterday saying this on the bill of lading. Bed was not protected during pick up Dugan is not responsible for any damage during shipping.If I knew how to insert the pics I would love to show everyone what the bed looked like when it arrived.

See your attorney for a civil case and call the Baltimore Sheriff Department for fraud. You will not see any money from this guy and thats probley the last you'll hear from him as well. Its been well over a year and I have yet to see sh#%! He told someone he took my money because his car broke down and his girlfriend left him ect. ect. The bank where he cashed my check is out for him also as he was overdrawn and took the $ out ASAP (yes J.P I understand your reading this, call your old bank and get it worked out). Someone prompted me to see a photo of this guy on match.com not long ago, which i informed him of, then he cancelled it or else you could've all seen his balding head, hairy chest sitting in the hot tub. We could all learn a lesson from Mr. Stork....Dont bust your *** to make a living when you can steal from people. Like I said contact your attorney and the police, he already has pending cases from what I have been told. He has nothing to loose, nothing going for him, he just preys on people to scam.
