no one has called me yet with their problem with the booth....come on guys if something was wrong you would have called me and let me know....maybe you just cant make any money with it and your mad about the whole thing..i see it all the time,people buy a 20-30k unit and expect the start raking in the money..the whole entire sunless business is not trouble free... you have to learn your equipment and teach your employees and then teach your customers on how to use the unit... i make my employees spend 3mins. before and after each session and properly them on how to use the unit....maybe you should learn and not complain so much,get off the computer and learn your market.. i am killing it with my solar shower b/c of marketing and education with employees and customers.... everyone buying one of these units has loved the results of the unit and support from the factory... fact or fiction?? if you had a piece of equipment and you disliked it so bad and someone offered to buy it wouldnt you aleast call them back and try to get rid of it???? or would you just complain on here and not try to get anything done about it????

unfortunetly, i choose not to discuss the issue openly until the issue is settled with Solar Shower. Trust me, there is nothing YOU can do for us. But thank you anyways.

Let me share this with you all, and I pray that SOLAR SHOWER is reading this.I bought a Starpower bed from these losers, sent them all the money up front, for 6 weeks I waited
on my bed to get here, I called many many times and was told it was on its way. I called so many times to the Myrtle Beach office that they stopped tlaking to me , not even returning my phone calls. I called shiiping company and they told me the bed I payed for was still in California it had not even been loaded yet to come to North Carolina, 6 weeks I had waited for it. By now they want even talk to me anymore, they bed finally gets here 7 weeks after I pay for it and it dosn't have the same lamps in it as I was told. There went another $1200 to replace lamps . These guys have the worst customer service around, they do not care about the buyers as long as they get there money up front. They have no clue how a bed works or which bed does what. I WOULD NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, I WOULD JUST AS SOON SLIT MY WRIST AND BLEED TO DEATH BEFORE I DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, I WARN YOU PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM SOLAR SHOWER
LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. And Taz if you read this I would trade my Starpower any day for one of those 450's, you just let me know.

Gmetal... your story sounds alot like ours. I have been warning people as well. We are still dealing with them trying to square things away. They are not co-operating at all. Same office, too, Myrtle Beach. Kent and Rollie. Stay clear of them!
