Must sell due to moving. , 4 yr. old tanning salon with a customer base of over 1200 clients. The salon has 9 WOLFE tanning beds (all bulbs are almost new), a HVLP Tampa bay airbrush gun with seperate airbrush room, seperate office room that could be used for tanning also. Thats 11 rooms total over 1200 Sq. feet of rented space in a great location right across from largest junior college in the state. One of the cleanest salons around and have the reputation to prove it.Just started up an EFT program and have enough signed up to pay the rent already..so hurry!
