Rep Power: 0 | I currently have over 30 units from Tan America including 6 Matrix units and have used there systems in 5 stores over 14 years in business and would absolutly not agree with you whatsoever in your opinion of Tan America service...I can call tomorrow morning and speak to Pete Demitrius directly about a problem and get it taken care of asap if I choose to do so...how many other companys of there size can you talk directly to the man in charge...Again I would ask that if you do not have a question regarding this piece of equipment please keep your comments to yourself or start a new thread in salon discussions. |

Rep Power: 0 | If you tanned in the Ultrabronz 950 you would know that it doesn't have a mechanical canopy, at least mine doesn't. Are you sure it wasn't the Ultrabronz Indulgence? I have had very few problems with my Ultrabronz equipment. Different strokes for different folks!! |
