Rep Power: 21 | I am selling my salon to move into a new position in the industry. The salon is well established, has great positive cash flow (fully staffed), even better if you would like to run it yourself. 8 bed ETS/puretan salon with 4 levels of equipment. Large EFT already in place. Branding and marketing in place and working awesome. This salon just continues to grow more and more. Quadruple the gross from last year. This is not a "hole-in-the-wall" salon. We have the highest pricing structure in our market per bed level, and quite proud of it. No 2-dollar tans here. In other words this salon is set up to count dollars not heads. The salon is being offered at a multiple of 2.4 (2.4 x yearly net) obo. Please PM me for stats or phone number. or.... Call my broker at: Midwest Business Advisors 260-432-3000 - Dan Replogle If you are new to the industry do not make a big mistake and spend 250K+ to start a new salon when you can buy a very profitable one for a fraction of the price. Thanks for looking -Tom |
