Just wanted to warn anyone thinking of purchasing anything from "playitagainenterprise"
The purchase of course was great, now that I have 1/4 of a tanning booth and she won't return my calls for assistance. I was sent a booth with no hardware, no control box, none of the appropriate pieces to put the thing together. When she was contacted about this she wouldn't return my calls. Have had a few conversations with her since. Promises made to pay for the missing parts, and we only receive phone calls from distributers with our parts saying she is declined. So I have a unit that I can't even return to her, per her contract, because I can't get ahold of her, she won't return any phone calls. Oh the hardware she did send was a couple small bags of screws. Hopefully this will save someones bank account and the frustration of dealing with an un-ethical business person. Currently out 1,000 bucks and no returned phone calls......aahh.

The money has been paid and I am extremly sorry for any delay. You do have a right to post this and you are right. I wish you were not I wish I was easier to reach and was able to get you taken care of faster. You are now taken care of and I hope you enjoy the booth when the mess ends.

Enjoy the business and do not let the experience give you a bad taste as for we have never had an unresolved problem in the past. We will loose to make sure people are happy so that we do not get the type of post.

Heard enough stories....I want the bed returned and why haven't you returned ANY of my calls. I have spoke with your husband, and leave you messages almost daily...no response....I have called you today...and no the money has not been paid....so please post the truth....I have....Booth is still in pieces....haven't received all the pieces....still waiting....

Isn't it amazing how no one wants to return phone calls or emails until something is posted on here warning people. Then all of a sudden we get responses.

Money was paid to Mike of Maga Enterprises Inc. for the parts you ordered through them.
Left Front Door Cover (broke in shipping)
Right Front Door Cover (broke in shipping)
Left Panel Cover (was not ordiginally shipped)
Right Panel Cover (shipped, but replaced to match the rest of the new covers)
Control Panel (was not shipped, bought new one)
Total of $884.76
The hardward did consist of some screws and a bunch of Clips. All that you need to put it together. All that the manufactor is going to send you to put it together.
Last time we spoke, I told you I would take care of the parts, you agreed. I told you if there was any other parts you needed after those, just order them through Mike of Maga Enterprises Inc. and we would pay for them. You agreed.

I have paid for any and all parts that she needed. I have been made out to be a horible business person, which I am not. Everything that I have stated is fact and is not an exaggeration. I have never had a bad post like this, but I have seen many that have. They all turn out to be a bashing session. There is nothing I can say or do to keep that from happening, so I will not respond to this thread anymore.

Stories eh.....Mike Maga paid for everything and put it on my bill.....It was away of trying to make the situation better. He did it to assist me. He used his connections to take care of situation as quickly as possible. He has gone above and beyond the call of a distributor. Mike rocks!! I was ultimately responsible for the bill. The hardware is still not sufficent. The parts are not sufficent. We don't have the parts for the door and can't assemble it. Those parts are being ordered. Don't have the promised buck booster either. THats probably sent that too right...I am not here to bash. I am just here to advise consumers. Yes yesterday the money was paid. So yes after the post was made, money was wired from one account to the other. This has been a situation that has not been completly resolved for 2 months. Still not resolved. FYI

Wow....what a mess! Jessica I'm sorry to hear that you have been treated so unfairly, and believe me other salon owners will read your post and caution others. I live on the east coast of NC and I purchased a 2003 Dr. Kern 42/4 from Advanced Tanning Systems located out of Arkansas. The owner of the business is Michael Yoder and he is a great guy to do business with. He owns 4 tanning salons and also sells excellent used equipment. Michael and his Father drove 18 hours from Arkansas delivered and set my bed up, answered all questions, showed my salon staff and myself the proper operation of the bed at a great price. I am now purchasing 3 others beds from him, and he and his Father will drive from Arkansas to NC to deliver and set these beds up in my salon. I can reach him my phone day or night for technical questions. Maybe you should give him at call at 903-244-2972, his website is advancedtanningsystems.com
