| Hi, I posted this a while back, but thought I would give it another try. I have an almost new L3 Sunless Express for sale with only 185 sessions on it. I grossed a little over $20,000 with it the year I ran the older less reliable versions (L1 and L2), so it should be easy to recoup your investment. Make me an offer that I can't refuse. It is doing me no good sitting in my storage unit. This booth comes with all the goodies including remote timer, marketing materials, etc.; it is fully suported by the mfg for parts and repairs; I will guarantee it to be in full woking condition if istalled by a certified technician; and finally, there are no lawsuits, liens, or encumbrances of any sort related to this booth. It is free and clear. I sold my salon and the buyer could not afford to include the spray booth in the deal. This is a nice booth that works well and should provide many years of great service. You can email me at scht99@hotmail.com with any questions you may have. |

| Hey Sport-a-tan, you are right...kinda. The Sunless was made by ETS and they did stop production, but they still support the existing booths and continue to provide parts...much like General Motor's decision to drop the Oldsmobile line but still sell the parts and support the technicians. Oddly enough, most of the parts in the Sunless unit are not proprietary, so it's no big deal to ETS to continue making them available. FYI, the decision to stop production but still leave units out in salons was all part of the agreement drafted between ETS and Dr Laughlin in reltaion to his patent infringement claims. Even though they believed their design did not fall within the parameters of Dr Laughlin's patent, ETS decided it was not worth the hassel to continue fighting the infringement claims under the stipulations that they could still support the existing units and that Dr Laughlin would drop all allegations against ETS as well as anyone who purchased a Sunless. Wondering how I know so much about all of this? I was one of the "lucky" salon owners who Dr Laughlin decided to name in his rediculous patent infringement suit in his efforts to thwart future purchases of his competition's spray unit. ETS did an exceptional job of indemnifying me through the suit, of course at no expense on my part, and all allegations by Dr Laughlin have been dropped. I have documentation proving this, if you are interested in buying the booth and are concerned about the multitude of frivelous lawsuits he seems intent on filing. According to the agreement, future owners of this booth cannot be named in a suit by Dr Laughlin. Although I disagree with the ethics of his tactics, it appears his actions were successful as I am sure that was a contributing factor to ETS' decision to pull out. Gotta love big business. I hope I answered your question thoroughly enough, but if you have further questions or want greater detail, please let me know. Thanks for your interest and have a good day. |

Rep Power: 20 | Many cases are won because one party sues the other party into submission. You can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars and still be no where near trial or a settlement. Thats what these big companies do to get their way! |
