OK Clayton,

UNCLE!!!!......I give!!!.......you win!!! This is my last post!! My advice to anyone that was bored enough to sift through all this silly bickering is this:

Clayton is a likeable person. ( Is why I wanted to do business with him)
His company seems reputable. ( Once again, is why I wanted to do business with them)
I don't like or appreciate, however, the way or manner in which I was treated. Remember.....I am the customer....ready to spend $$$$$$$......$$$$$$$ that I have to compete for.......that does not come easy( as many on this board know). To tell a prospective customer you .......... " don't have time for tire kickers "....... " either buy a bed or not "......" S#@T, or get off the pot "......... " you're so full of S@#T "....... " I'll send you a diagram in crayon, on how to hook up your timer "....seems a little on the crude side, to me....Mr. Trammel. Imagine, as Salon Owners, if we told our prospective customers, or posted a sign that said....." I don't have time for tire kickers!!!!!"...... " either buy a session or not!!!! "......." S#@T, or get off the pot!!!! "......" you're so full of S#@T!!! "......." I'll draw you a diagram with a crayon on how to turn the bed on !!!!".......I have a feeling we wouldn't be the featured speaker at the next Norman Vincent Peale seminar.

So, enough said!!! Good luck Clayton!! If you wish to continue to fire shots at me for consuming some of your time in an effort to do business with you then please feel free to do so. take care!

P.S. There are no 20 e mail's from you to me in December & it wasn't 1 1/2 weeks.....was more than 1 month...without calling me back.....and you know it!!

I guess the MORAL of the story is ...if you find a bed you want buy it quick. The good deals don`t always last.

thats right i beleive what sport a tan said, i have done bus. w/clayton for 2 years and he has always been great, and he is probably one of the smartest guys in the business,about equipment,esp..tech problems and timers, last year i was in the middle of a 20 bed salon when my banker shut my project down,he said they"the bank" didnt want to accept my equipment as collateral.. my check to clayton for bulbs and beds bounced,and i didnt know what to do..they were awesome,he not only let me pay him out but also gave me beds and bulbs about 5 grand worth to finish.he let me get opened and then instead of cash,let me trade some beds for what i owed him..the beds probably wasnt even worth what i owed him..but took them and let me stay get my store open w/some good beds and awesome bulbs... and since then ultra tanning supply has sent me timers and bulbs and has also helped me w/technical support in the middle of the night... the times ive been out there,he is very busy and his phone does ring off the wall w/people just like me,needing help w/timers,or needing a deal on something...so i dont know exactly what happened in this case....i just know from my experience and i will be doing business in the future w/these guys...thanks michael

Thanks Guys!!! I appreciate ya'll having my back.... Sport A Tan is the best installer there is in Texas....
If anyone ever needs any help with anything......Sport A Tan has always fixed the problem for me..
And I appreciate the good word from Tanzme.. Next time your in town call and we get those lamps to you.
I can get the stand-up lamps but they are special order on that year model.
Or call Sport A Tan and he will take care of you.

Ralph, I have finally found that post that you mentioned !! At the time that we discussed it I did not know Clayton we had only only talked a few times. I do however know Steve and he is truly a great guy. He is very fast friendly and effiecent. He is very hands on and always has what you need in his pocket . He has always been available at the drop of a hat and knows anything we dont. He himself has never ever expressed any sort of foul behavoir in front of me. I do not know what had happend with this situation that you had with Clayton, however if you deal with Steve I can vouch for him that you will be treated with total respect and get nothing but professionalism. It is a very busy time of year for us all and I know that purchases have to be made very quickly so it was probably just a simple mis understanding between to very busy people.

Ralph ~~ I know that you are a complete sweetheart so no hard feelings. I am just putting in my 2 cents about Steve.
Mike told me you got a fabulous deal !!! I know that you worked very hard on this for a long time and I am very happy to see that it all paid off. When you are complete put us up some pics in the gallery.
