Funny, most sales people get that way when it is their income that is
being affected. Isn't it funny how they don't seem to mind if it is YOUR
income being affected!!!!

I had just about the same thing happen to me.....only I haven't received any
compensation for my NIGHTMARE!!!!

Interesting Coinralph.....Will called me a few months ago and asked if I would mind a call for a reference. I stated no problem...You called and I explained every transaction with Will. I also stated that if you were nervous purchasing used beds, to fly out and see them personally.

I'm a professional, a CPA, masters degree...etc. I'm not stating that to boast, but to make a point. You never make unprofessional remarks about others in a public forum unless you are legally and financially responsible to back it up. When you personally name others, and make comments that "something didn't feel right about them" this is the same as slander. You had better have your facts very straight because you can harm others without intending to.

Unless you have had an actual completed transaction with Will that has not gone as planned, and are willing to post your real name, you should keep your comments verbal and not in print.

This goes for attacking any person, Will or anyone else..

And no...I do not work for Will, I am not being paid by Will, I do not have a deal in the works with Will (although I have purchased several units through him)and have not been asked by Will to post.

I would make this same post for anyone I had done business with who was unfairly being trashed.

Yes, you are right... harm can come to others without intention. To set the record straight, I have never done business with Will. I personally can not say whether he is an ehtical person to deal with or not. I would encourage anyone to do their homework before doing business with anyone in this business.

CPA's shouldn't give legal advice as to what is the meaning of slander. Just my two cents. Ever heard of something called UPL (UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW). Being from a professional background I believe you will understand. Opinions can be expressed. I dont think Ralph stated any facts, just his opinions. Keep to counting the books, not Issuing verdicts!

I have done business with Will Basso and all went went!! I personally believe that he is in fact an assett to our industry. He has been very honest and forward with me and gave me all the patience and time I desired. It was not a petty deal with him either if he was in fact intentionally a crooked thief he would have taken my money and ran. I think things happen and mistakes are made.
