How is it you are selling this Product when your agreement specifically states only Salons with a Signed Agreement with American Tan can buy it?
If you signed that agreement - you know you cannot resell it.

What's up with that??

Then buy it back from him
obviously the product did NOT go over as well as expected,

I know my distributer will take anything back that was purchased, kinda interesting concept, eh???

Interesting.
I do not work for American Tan.

I do however sell their product line.

I did have to sign the NorthAmerican Agreement in order to be able to sell them.

It is a way to STOP diversion of a product.

I will ask American Tan why it is that you are able to sell it on the internet.

But the price YOU paid for this product was FACTORY DIRECT. Unless YOU bought it from someone else that was not supposed to be selling it like somebodys jacked car stereo.

SparkyBoy - you have become dull and halfwitted.

Ask to read the Agreement that Salons have with American Tan- then you can avoid sounding like Matthew LaRue.

American Tan Salon
I will only to a Salon owner and not Joe Public so this is not a diversion problem.

The reason I am selling it is because the Tingle does not work well here at my salon.

So go cry and tell somebody who cares.

We sure don't!!!!!!!

Uh.................Duh.................
IF I were interested in carring the product, I would read the agreement.

If products DO NOT sell, doesn't make much sense to me to even try.

Wow, THREE postings and you're God's gift to lotion sales ???????????????

If YOU like the lotions so much, , cough up the C-note to take this quality product off HDS's hands and make a few clients happy.

He MIGHT even be slightly negotioble on costs

Sparky is definately not dull and as far as half witted that is just a total insult and should not be part of a professional discussion.

Sparks you are full witted in my book.

Oh.
Sorry to hear you cannot sell the product.

Perhaps if you gave your clients product that is FRESH... (I believe it was Nashville 2000 you got this batch???) they would enjoy it more...

and maybe you would have something of value to sell.

The product you are attempting to sell is apparently older than dogsnot.

Good Luck Selling 4 year old Products.

Tell Steve he is mistaken about the age of the lotion in question.
And stop trying to hide behind the Salon owners shield.

I have had the lotion for about 20 months and have not been able to sell it because of the fragrance and that tingle products don't sell that well here.

So tell Steve to post here himself if either one of you have the balls to.

Like I said before -
I don't work for American Tan.

I do know WHEN their products were no longer available via distribution houses.

And I do know WHEN the Agreement was Necessary to be able to retail this in your Salon.

I will look into the actual dates further (I have a call into Steve at American Tan alerting him of this issue) - but if I remember correctly - based on the age of your products - you would be in possession of a product that was sold 'Fragrance Free'.

On a fresh product that would be an 'off scent' for most people. 2 years later I am sure it does smell .... issssssh.

We throw out lotions by 18 mos old in our salon.

We don't try to sell it online - what's next? E-Bay?

Why would you doubt Steve would have the balls to post here?

WHO is hiding behind the Salon Owners Shield?

I am a salon owner.

I don't lie.

I don't try to sell old, outdated lotion to people.

I don't discuss who I am banging (especially not with their parents).

Not crying here buddy -

Just showing you to be the fool that you are.

Good Luck Selling Old - Outdated Products!
