Update: I took the motor to electric repair shop today. He ran it for 30 mins. and says he can't find anything wrong with it. ???? Oh well I am going back to pick it up tomorrow and put it back on the bed. Hope it will be okay.... I did get a call from a company in MD, and this guy said everything sounded strange to him and he is going to "hook" me up with someone that knows this equip.

Also a person from Future contacted me today.... Says wants to help....

4 weeks is way long enough to have a bed down.

Hopefully I can get this bed running by Friday.

We finally got it up and running again... Installed a buck booster and re-installed the exhaust fan/motor. So far so good. It doesn't seem to be running as hot as before. Hopefully the transformer is keeping it running on the right voltage...

This has been a very expensive learning lesson for us.... Keeping my fingers crossed.

It seems all learning experiences in this industry are expensive. This could be one major factor new owners fail to realize.

I agree bill, learning is expensive. This is the first bed that we ever had that needed a buckbooster (transformer)
