have 7 modular walls for sale already prewired. THese walls are made by ezwalls. They can be rearranged to fit your design. They are only 1 year old and are in excellent condition. Paid 12,000 last year asking 5000.00. Email Pinneyshome@aol.com if you would like to see a picture.

Yeah, i don't see the reasoning except it should have been moved to buy/sell.
