i am glad your business plan included clients first, because i am sure most of ours did also. I can bet that the only reason your salon has been in business for so long is because someone else was running it. With a poor attitude towards those who help us grow in our business, you wont be there very long. Think about it !

chipp, my business has been a great success for a while now. this is because i do care and do keep informed on issues like the ones you speak of. are you sure you are a owner or is that what you want to be ?

18 years and counting.I will not have to work at all in another 5-7 years, if all goes well :-)
