i wasn't planning to go to the vegas show, but i was informed yesterday that i won an invitation to John Abate's private party. Has anyone else here recieved this invitation? I may have to re-think this trip now...LOL

No Company wants a disgruntled customers in their booth when they are trying to convince new customersto buy. Act professional and nice but do not be put off until after the show. Get resolution, bring a file with pictures,invoices and other evidence of your problem and ask for satisfaction. This is a time where you have a lot of leverage.
