hmmm.. need a little more info to give you a GOOD answer. what is their biggest gripe with you adding tanning to your services?

I also have to ask what they said was their reasoning? Does your lease set parameters as to what you can and can not offer? I would assume they would be like any other lanlord and be willing to compromise in order to keep you as a tenant. The Smart Tan people should be able to help. Where are you located at again ?

Well, I'll tell ya plain and simple. These are middle aged people who are un-educated about indoor tanning. I mean, they probably still think that they cook your insides. I guess I'm just going to have to get my facts together and educate them. All they know about tanning beds are the urban legends of the past.

Oh, Jeffin, I'm at Mississippi State University. I think when I tell them that each tanning bed has the potential to bring in about $15,000 a year, they will start seeing things my way. They want a store that can pay them high rent, and 4 to 6 tanning beds in a salon at the student union, well, should fit the bill! LOL We will also have 4 hair stylists and 2 nail techs. It will be a monopoly! Thanks guys for your input!
