Solid,I need a new signature for the TanTalk logo. I just had an idea also. Instead or along with the picture directory you could make thumbnail pictures of everyone and put them on the server. Give the person a link and they can make it a part of their signature. Once caches it would load fast. It would slow things down the first time each person was loaded though.
