I am having a horrible time trying to tan my chest, shoulders, and the insides of my arms. My neck is slowly starting to tan, but is pretty pale too. Also, my sides, from the middle of my waist, down my legs seems to be lighter than the rest of my tan. I've been using Toasted Honey (not sure of the manufacturer...) for the first step lotion.Any suggestions on how to tan the places that won't, and even out my color??Thanks,KeeblersGirl

yes i recommend stand up machines.but they are not all the samewe recommend cosmostar tubes for stand up machines .i notice you go to differnt locations, but also bear in mind that if your the first one on a stand up or if the equipment is cold you probably need to extend the tan time .try another lotion with riboflavin------------------

I believe that you should just keep trying the stand up bed and see if that works. If you are tanning everywhere else, it probably has something to do with the way you are laying in the beds, not the bulbs.

I've been in the stand up 3x and I'm starting to see a difference. I don't know if I'm allowed to mention the chain that I am tanning at, but I'd like to so that I can get feed back on if this is a good chain to be tanning at or not. Thanks,KeeblersGirl

Stand Ups Suck. They take the relaxing part out of the tanning process. But many people like the I guess because the time is shorter. The body is usually the quickest part to tan.It can take a while to build your tan. What skin type are you? California Tan makes toasted honey. It is a good seller, but not the strongest product. If you like cal tan, try CUO2 or the new Volcanic Mud is very good.
