Wow... I just realized that this never got a response. I too, am curious not WHAT or HOW MUCH you pay... but what you do to motivate your employees to make them worth their pay. Is there an incentive or to working at your salon as opposed to you competitor's?

Well Bronze, I told you earlier what I do. LOL Besides getting commisions on product sells they get to work in the "VOTED by the Public" #1 tannin salon in our town. Plus they have a really kool boss OOPS, I needed to change something[ September 21, 2001: Message edited by: buntanner ]
