Just curious what policies people have in place about Surfing the Internet while at work. The internet can be a useful tool for your employees while it can deter from the job at hand. Should there be guidelines of software in place to restrict employee use of the internet?????Michael

We do not allow employee usage of the net while at work...we feel if they are doing their job correctly...they will be on their feet and not sitting behind a desk...this also applies to management...The best managers will never see their desk...they will be to busy with clients and employees...That's my own thoughts...Shari
