Sometime ago I saw a post here that dealt with cameras. Yesterday I installed cameras at both my stores. Each set has four cameras, has a neat switcher and a split screen monitor.Put two cameras in the lobby of each store and two on the outside of the buildings. Mike this question is for you. Is there a way I can watch the cameras from home on my computer? Anyone else know anything about cameras? The system also has a vcr which can tape up to 24 hours. Bob,Are you wanting to watch in realtime or like a webpage where everytime you reload you get the latest image?Michael

You can actually set this up to work like a webcam site. Of course than anyone with the web address would be able to view what is going on unless you password protect it.

Is this really expensive to do? I really need to set up cameras but I am not sure which is the best way to view what is being captured via the cameras.Is the web-cam method costly to set up and/or maintain?Thanks!
