Advice Needed!!!!

RECENTLY I PLACED A DEPOSIT ON A 2ND SALON, AND HAD THE OWNER SIGN A CONTRACT.WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE FOUND SOMEONE TO GIVE HER 10,000 MORE FOR IT AND SOLD IT FROM UNDERNEATH ME. MY LAWYER IS ALREADY WORKING ON THE CASE . BUT I JUST WANTED TO HEAR SOME OF YOUR ADVICE..OH YEAH..THE OTHER GUY IS ALREADY IN AND OPERATING..
