I was just wondering if there were any household products that I could use as lotion rather than going out and buying some all the time. I read a post on this board a couple of weeks ago where a similiar question was asked, but there wasn't much input so I thought I'd ask again. I don't know if this will affect replies, but I have very fair skin and I have trouble tanning outdoors. Also, is a lotion really needed to get a quality tan? Thanks everyone.

The best solultion for hard to tan people is to go the the tanning salon and tan in a very slow and moderate manner. Use quality lotions formulated for indoor tanning, such as John Abate Melaplus until you get a good base tan, then you may want to move up to a stronger lotion such as John Abate' Creme Brulee. I also had a employee/tanner that was almost concidered Albino. I suggested she try the Tan Tabs. They really worked for her. Now I sell tons of them to people that want to boost their ability to tan and to those that want to hold their tan a bit longer. I posted about these tan tabs in another forum before, I will find it and let you know where. Okay, I posted the complete story in the Extra Add-On forum, Tan Tab thread.[ July 07, 2001: Message edited by: buntanner ]
