Why can't customers read? Please Help!

Where are you? We live just outside the city, Kilbuck (Ben Avon) but bought a salon up in slippery rock.

My salon is in Shaler. I live in Cranberry. I go up to Slippery Rock A LOT cause my fiance has a towing company and we go up to Slippery Rock Salvage all them time. Are you around there?

Yeah I think I know where the salvage is, is it just off 79( take the exit and turn left on that road?) If you go down to main street we are there a few places down from the north country brewery (resturaunt). Nothing special right now, but working to renovate the inside and then outside next.

I think we all understand that the salon owner needs to do the cleaning.....but here is another question - what is the procedure that everyone uses to clean the beds? Does everyone clean the tops everytime? If so how is this done? Are just the acrylics cleaned....or are the side rails also wiped down. Is sanitizer provided for those customers that want to clean the bed again before they tan? What is everyone using for cleaner? And what do you do with employees that do not do exactly what is asked of them.

Fire the employees that dont do as ask
of course you clean the top acrylic each time...that is gross not to
of course clean the rails each time...that is gross also!
My customers dont request to reclean the beds since we do a very good job of cleaning the beds.

You clean everything the client comes in contact with including the upper acrylic. You would be surprised how messed up the uppers can get!
